From 11 January 2025 to 22 December 2025 and from 11 January 2026 to 22 December 2026, the guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if the guest cancels within 7 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Speedboat transfers must be arranged from the resort; outdoor or own transfers are prohibited. The charges are as follows:

Shared Speedboat Transfers:

- Adult (15 years and above): USD 250 per person, from May 1, 2025, to Oct 31, 2026

- Child (2–15 years): USD 125 per child, from May 1, 2025, to Oct 31, 2026

Private Speedboat Transfers:

- Adult 15 years and above: USD 1050, from May 1, 2025, to Oct 31, 2026

Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited.

Children aged 2–15 years can stay free of charge in a shared room with 2 adults. Please note that a green tax of USD 12 per child per night is applicable additionally. Meals are free of charge for children aged 2–14 years based on the rules of the meal plan, accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. Maximum 2 free kids per unit paid. 침대의 위생상태가 불량하여 가족전체가 빈대에 물려서 고생하고 있음. 객실 담당자는 수차례 연락해야 답변이 올 정도였으며, 칫솔, 면도기 리필 등의 요구는 무시되었고, 수차례 요청을 한 이후에야 마지못해 지급하였음 식당의 테이블은 청소상태가 아주 불량하여서 테이블의 끈적거림 때문에 숟가락과 포크, 나이프등을 접시를 따로 가져와서 놓아야할 정도였음 지인들이 문의할 경우, 위생상태와 서비스를 고려하여 다른 숙소를 권장하겠음

„Malediven Ja, auf jeden Fall aber ob es wieder ein Resort wird, kann ich noch nicht sagen.
Wir sind viel gereist aber das waren bisher die mit abstand besten Badeferien die wir je hatten. Betonung liegt auf Baden. Wir waren leider nur 3.5 Tage da aber wir haben diese 3 Tage sehr genossen. Wir sind mit zwei Kindern 12 und 6 Jahre alt angereist und hatten ein Wasservilla mit Pool. Das war die beste Entscheidung. Für 3 Tage / 4 Nächte kann man sich so eine Villa noch leisten (es war die günstigste die ich online finden konnte). Wir haben für 4 Nächte 1699.63$ (nur mit Frühstück) bezahlt. Unsere Kinder hatten so viel spass , vor allem der Kleine. Das Wasser war perfekt, die Villa ebenfalls. Die Villen wurden immer 2x täglich gereinigt. Es gab immer wieder neue Badetücher und jeden Tag pro Kopf 1l Wasser gratis. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher und Gläser sowie Kaffee und Tee. Es gibt sogar eine Espressomaschine mit Kapseln (kostenlos). Es fährt alle 15Min ein kleiner Buggy, der einen durch die Inseln transportiert. Ansonsten hat man ca. 30Min zu Fuss von der Villa bis zur Rezeption.
Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Insel ist extrem überteuert. Dieses Geld hat mir richtig wehgetan. Wir haben für das Speedboot 500$ (hin und retour) bezahlt für eine 45 Minütige Fahrt. Das ist finde ich unverschämt, da mit dem Speedboot viele Passagiere mitfahren. Es ist also kein Privater Transfer. Im Boot waren mindestens 5-6 Familien, das macht dann mind. 2500-3000$ Pro Transfer, hin und zurück. So viel Verbraucht nicht mal ein Flugzeug. Da es keine andere Möglichkeiten gibt zu den Inseln zu gelangen, wird das aus unserer Sicht ausgenutzt. Ich habe div. Hotels angefragt, diesen Preis haben mir alle genannt. Das macht also nicht nur Sun Syam Olhuveli. Was uns sonst auch nicht gefallen hat, war, dass es auf der Insel keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Snacks hatte. Ich habe zum glück daran gedacht und viele Snacks etc. für die Kinder mitgenommen. Hätte es diese Möglichkeit gegeben, wäre dies bestimmt auch überteuert gewesen. Das Essen ist allgemein extrem überteuert. Wir hatten die Wasservilla nur mit Frühstück gebucht (HP oder VP wäre 2000 - 2500$ teuerer gewesen für diese 3 Tage) und dachten, die 3 Tage essen wir in den Restaurants. Kann ja nicht sein, dass wir in 3 Tagen 2000 - 2500$ essen verbrauchen. In der ersten Nacht sind wir in den Magrib Grill A la Caarte Restaurant. Die Protionen in den Restaurant waren jedoch wirklich so Mini wie sie nur sein können (siehe Bilder). Man wurde mit einer Protion nicht satt und man Zahlt das 3-4 Fache. Man Zahlt z.B. für ein Tenderloin Steak um die 80$ ohne Beilagen und das Steak war wirklich mini. Es war uns bewusst, dass das Essen teurer sein wird, aber nicht so extrem. Man zahlt ja schon extrem viel Geld für die Villa und ich finde der Service (Transfer, Trinken, Essen, Snacks) sollte angemessener sein. Wir waren davor 6 Tage in Dubai und in Dubai ist ja auch alles ziemlich teuer, aber die Preise auf Sun Syiam Olhuveli für das Essen das man bekommt, war aus meiner Sicht einfach unberechtigt.
