「モルディブならではの優雅なステイ」
海が美しく、浅瀬でも魚を見ることができました。幼い子連れでも水上ヴィラでのステイを楽しめる施設は、モルディブには少ないので貴重です。 チェックインの際に、施設についてかなり丁寧に説明してくれて助かりました。 レイトチェックアウトにも柔軟に対応してもらえました。 部屋の様子はサイトの写真通りで、優雅な時間を過ごせました。
利用の数日前にオンライン支払いの連絡がきましたが、手持ちのクレジットカードが全て拒否され、何度も確認の連絡をすることが必要でした。結局はチェックアウト時に支払うことで事なきを得ましたが、他の国への旅行中に支払いの対応に追われたのは少し負担でした。 ただ、施設の方のメールレスポンスは速く、その点は良かったので、支払いシステムだけの問題です。

「レセプションスタッフが不親切！ロケーションは良し！」
グランドビーチビラに泊まったが、プライベートビーチにすぐ行けた事が良かった！ ブライベートビーチは、遠浅で透明度も高く、子供達も楽しめた。 2度目の滞在。 以前は、水上コテージに泊まった。 水上コテージも良かったし、グランドビーチビラも良かった。 ウォータースポーツセンターのスタッフは、明るくて優しかったよ！ だから私たちは、ウォータースポーツを楽しむ事ができた。 SPAのスタッフも親切だった。
まず、以前に宿泊した際にもここにコメントを書いたが、レセプションスタッフが不親切！ 私は、Loothというスタッフにいつもお願いした。 彼はとても親切で頭が良い。 他のスタッフは、頭が悪いのですか？と思う。 私は日本人です。 しかし、彼らは常にEnglishを話し続けます。 頭の良いスタッフは、Translationします。 私はEnglishが上手く話せないので、Translationをお願いしますとスタッフの一人に言うと、彼はTranslationできないと言った。 彼はバカですか？ チェックアウトの際、明細書がでなかった。 Because、この時、bad connectionだったから。 滞在中、電話も繋がらなかったよ。 スタッフからは、なんの説明もなし。 Why? チェックアウトの際、私は怒りました。 全てLoothが対処してくれた。 私は、Loothに感謝します。 オルヴェリの責任者は、レセプションスタッフの教育をもっと行うべきだ！ ウォータースポーツセンターのスタッフは、明るくて優しかった！ 毎回、レセプションスタッフの不親切な対応で、私は嫌な気分になる。
