From 23 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if the guest cancels within 30 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay.
From 11 January 2025 to 22 December 2025 and from 11 January 2026 to 22 December 2026, the guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if the guest cancels within 7 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Speedboat transfers must be arranged from the resort; outdoor or own transfers are prohibited. The charges are as follows:
Shared Speedboat Transfers:
- Adult (15 years and above): USD 250 per person, from May 1, 2025, to Oct 31, 2026
- Child (2–15 years): USD 125 per child, from May 1, 2025, to Oct 31, 2026
Private Speedboat Transfers:

Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited.
Children aged 2–15 years can stay free of charge in a shared room with 2 adults. Please note that a green tax of USD 12 per child per night is applicable additionally. Meals are free of charge for children aged 2–14 years based on the rules of the meal plan, accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. Maximum 2 free kids per unit paid.
